At the Campaign Awards for Southeast Asia, Publicis Groupe Philippines brought home seven awards — among them, a Silver for Best Culture that recognizes the company’s carefully nurtured culture of visibility, inclusion, and care.
This award is given to organizations that foster collaboration, inspire others, attract and recruit the best talent, and drive business results.
”I love how over the years we have created and cared for our culture together,” said Lead Culture Officer and Blackpencil Executive Creative Director Kat Gomez-Limchoc, who received the award on behalf of Leo Burnett Manila.
“It’s really about listening to each other and then giving energy and creativity to programs that you know makes a difference to people. We are creating great memories together, not just in the work we do, but in the deliberate moments we bring to life.
