As the world returned to normalcy post-pandemic, UnionBank found itself at a crossroads. Despite the strides made in digital banking during the quarantine years, many customers went back to traditional, in-person transactions. This prompted UnionBank Online’s relaunch campaign in 2023, to remind customers of its unique advantages that went beyond basic features. Using nature as an analogy, the campaign depicted customers as ants struggling in cumbersome processes, then offered a hassle-free solution provided by the UnionBank app.

The campaign was a breakthrough success, amassing 49 million views, +8.2% Ad Recall Lift, +19% Search Lift, and, best of all, 122,858 app downloads.
